Clubs have recently started to receive bills from United Utilities including the surface drainage charge which proved so controversial over the past 2 years.
Please see below the response from Dan Musson, which indicates how to offset these charges.
This will apply to many clubs within Cheshire, so I suggest responding as indicated if they are your supplier.
UU run a concessionary scheme for Sports Clubs but you have to apply. You do not have to be a CASC but if you are it is easy.
They should backdate this on acceptance of your eligibility.
